چکیده
The objective of this work was to identify novel downstream targets and evaluate the clinically interpretable significance long noncoding RNA KCNQ1OT1 expression in prognosis nasopharyngeal cancer. Patient with cancer (n=46) health volunteer (n=10) were collected from Beijing Army General Hospital (Beijing, China). Nasopharyngeal line 13-9B cells bought Chinese Academy Sciences Shanghai grown Dulbecco’s modified eagle medium (Hyclone) supplemented 10 % fetal bovine serum. 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5- diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide assay used detect cell growth. Flow cytometric analysis apoptosis. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent Western blotting analyze for sake visual quality control. According study's findings, higher tumor tissue patients than it tissues para carcinomas. Additionally, might encourage growth quicken Besides, could also reduce activities caspase-3/8/9 cells. Importantly, reduced microRNA-223 Long induced insulin-like factor-1 receptor/phosphatidylinositol- 3-kinase/protein kinase B pathway by microRNA-223. M6A methylation enhances stability KCNQ1OT1. Biologically-inspired, nasopharynx targeting receptor phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein boosted proliferation migration.

Long Noncoding RNA Expression during Human B-Cell Development
Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as important regulators of diverse cellular processes, but their roles in the developing immune system are poorly understood. In this study, we analysed lncRNA expression during human B-cell development by array-based expression profiling of eleven distinct flow-sorted B-cell subsets, comprising pre-B1, pre-B2, immature, naive, memory, and plasma cells...
متن کاملRegulation of hepatitis B virus replication by the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-akt signal transduction pathway.
The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)-protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway is one of the major oncogenic pathways and is activated in many types of human cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma. It can also be activated by the hepatitis C virus (HCV) nonstructural 5A (NS5A) protein. In the present study, we set out to determine the regulatory effects of this pathway on the replicatio...
متن کاملAssociation between Long Noncoding RNA ANRIL Expression Variants and Susceptibility to Coronary Artery Disease
Animal cells possess thousands of long non-coding (lnc) RNAs, such as antisense noncoding RNA in the INK4 locus (ANRIL) , which have regulatory roles in the cells’ molecular mechanisms, including X-chromosome inactivation, and developmental processes. These lnc RNAs are known to influence the extensive spectrum of age-related disorders. Accordingly, there is evidence for the role of...
متن کاملTEL-JAK2 mediates constitutive activation of the phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway.
A subset of chromosomal translocations that participate in leukemia involve activated tyrosine kinases. The ets transcription factor, TEL, undergoes translocations with several distinct tyrosine kinases including JAK2. TEL-JAK2 transforms cell lines to factor independence, and constitutive tyrosine kinase activity results in the phosphorylation of several substrates including STAT1, STAT3, and ...
متن کاملAPOE4-VLDL inhibits the HDL-activated phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt Pathway via the phosphoinositol phosphatase SHIP2.
Endothelial cell dysfunction and apoptosis are critical in the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (CVD). Both endothelial cell apoptosis and atherosclerosis are reduced by high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Low HDL levels increase the risk of CVD and are also a key characteristic of the metabolic syndrome. The apolipoprotein E4 (APOE4) allele also increases the risk of atherosc...
